(More customer reviews)This item is both extremely sticky and extremely reflective. Both properties came in handy when I was investigating the kidnapping of the Prime Minister of Botswana. The criminals had used this tape to bind his arms and legs and it was easy for me to find his bound corpse while searching for him with a flashlight at night.
